Service Description

Ensure you are coming to this appointment with at least 60% coverage This appointment is designed for clients who are not wanting anything overwhelming. we keep the fans super light weight you will not even notice them on! For this Application we use 0.05 or 0.03 lashes. Fan size is 6 to 8 Lashes per fan to 1 natural lash. Our pricing is not set in stone. It all depends on length of time and the amount of lashes you have. If you are wanting to add colour to your sets please send us a message / photos and we can do our best to accommodate your request for your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Guarantee: at Lash Obsession we take great pride in the work we do! If you have any concerns with the Lash service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer! Appointment Policy: Lash Obsession requires all appointments to be reserved with a deposit. Cancellation Policy: Lash Obsession requires 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. Cancelling within 4 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show and fees will apply. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. ​ Late Policies: Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are at late, you are still required to pay for the appointment you booked. However if the time is available we will accommodate. If you choose to reschedule do to your appointment because of not having enough time your deposit is non refundable. Refunds: Lash Obsession does not offer refunds on services. We do however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY (see above). ​ Allergies: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions. Children: If your child is able to sit and watch a Pad or play games are more than welcome. However we cannot accommodate younger children. Thank you for understanding.
